About the Program

The Bankers School for Supervisory Training, or BSST,  is a three-day program aimed at developing managerial skills for frontline supervisors. The annual school is held twice each year and hosts students from all over the state. In 2022, the school will celebrate its 49th anniversary with more than 4,500 banker graduates since the school began.

BSST Held June 8-10
